What made you smile today?

I buried my mother yesterday and I'm not doing a lot of smiling....until this morning. There was a baby probably 6 months old in church and he was looking around at everything and constantly moving around.  He was so young and so alive with his whole life before him.  So I smiled.

I was very sick yesterday, my kids took care of me    Especially my 11 year old, she even kissed me on the top of my head.  I'll always remember that.  So just waking up feeling better and thinking about all my kids did yesterday (from the cooking to keeping quiet so I could rest) made me smile

My sister sent me a box of fruit from Texas for V day

My niece and nephew spent the day with me.  We at one point were all sitting in the living room playing on our own ipad/iphone and coincidentally we were all playing flappy birds.  I just got tickled when I looked up and was just imagining someone looking in and seeing this sight.

What happened today or what did you see today (or what, in general) made you smile?

For me, I noticed that I don't have a limit on my posts here anymore!  YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!        

The birds that stayed in the tree and waited for their food! Today I hope to get a count in for the GBBC, the Great Backyard Bird Count. I advise all bird lovers to get the information about this weekends bird count held world-wide! Great fun! Track migrations around the world on ebird.
