I'm getting ready for the beach and my body is out of whack. Has anyone tried this or another exercise video that they can recommend?

I have not tried it, but I have a friend who did, it is good but you need to stay on it for it to work for the long run.  Also their workouts are tottally insane for what I have seen.  good Luck

I haven't tried this, but my coworker used it to get in shape for her wedding. She did it regularly for months, and looks great!

If you are into running (or trying running), I'd recommend the Couch to 5k or Couch to 10k programs. I am just wrapping up the 5k one and it was great. It's an eight week program, you can download an app for it for your smartphone that you can use while listening to music too.

My sister and I did p90x and lost about 20 pounds.  It is a lot of work and takes 6 days a week of workouts, but if you're dedicated, it'll payoff.  We also followed the meal plan along with the workouts.

i have tried p90x but i didnt stick to it. the p90x i got from one of my people i babysit for has a missing disc or two. i was just borrowing it so they needed it back coz their sister had just had a baby and needed/wanted her body back. they moved and they never did give me their address so i could drop it off to them. i also would like to watch their kid again if need to be. she is 3 and kinda annoying but she was fun when she wasnt complaining about something.
