To get a response from FC, you should provide more info about the missing $3. Go to your account page, and check the status of your earning in your Offer Completion List. It will say if your credits expired or were denied. What offer was it?

If denied a survey credit, you may want to read through the forums and see if anyone else had the same issue. Sometimes the company who offered the survey to FC denies you credit, but I've seen FC follow through and get the money reinstated.

its not even a matter of being quick.  $0.17/day for PTC and Daily Email * 180 days (till expire) should net you over $30 before the first one expires.  You only need to get to $25 to cashout.  That does NOT include the $3/month you should be getting just for posting what offers(PTC and Email) you did every day.

Go and check your account or email.  They usually notify you if a company takes back the survey credit.  Also make sure your not over 180 days.

Read the rules or watch the tutorial videos so you know things like this could happen if you don't follow rules.

I had the same thing happen to me... since that day.. I make sure I cash out before they expire.

It is not stupid. It is an incentive to keep people coming to the site everyday. This in turn potentially gets more companies to give offers so we can earn more.

It only takes 148 days of just doing the paid to click and daily email to make $25 so there really is no excuse. If you actually put a little effort in it then you should be able to make $25 a month and not worry about things expiring

I'm sorry to hear that but I don't think there's anything fusioncash can do about it. You've been a member for three years so you should be well aware of the 180 day policy. It's clearly stated on the site. You are cheating yourself out of money by not paying attention to the policies and/or slacking off on fusioncash.

Her posting 30 times in a month to earn 3$ each month has nothing to do with getting 3$ taken away from her that she earned.  Sure, could some of us post more and earn that 3$ all the time?  Yeah, but it's the point that when you earn something on here it is frustrating that you come on one day and it's taken away from you regardless of doing the "extra stuff" to earn on here or not.  It may be in the rules of the 180 days ordeal but it is a dumb rule and if it's not because of that and it's a survey company revoking surveys (I've had it happen to me a few times even though I always gave my honest opinion and took my time doing them) So now I just don't do them because if they can just take money from you why do them favors and get them answers they are looking for basically for free.
