so far the only country star that uses the word "lady" is Kenny Rogers. if you listen to Luke Bryan, his songs contain the word "girl" whether it is in the title or in the lyrics. don't get me wrong, Luke
Bryan is very talented. I believe that Trace Adkins also used the word "girl" in his song "One Hot Mama".

I have heard Dierks Bentley use the word "girl" in the song 5-1-5-0. I have heard several country stars say "baby", and I challenge anyone who has not heard "Ejekajo 3X" by Kasaskie to listen to it online.
he says "dazzle baby". Kasaskie is a Naija-born UK citizen.

Not sure it is a country song but Tom Jones sings - "She's a lady". And one of my favorites - "Dude looks like a lady"  :icon_rr:

not sure what genre Tom Jones is, but Aerosmith is hard rock. also, I remember the song "I Want A Woman" by Ratt.

Most of the new country songs that I've heard have the word "girl"!  :)
