Cashout
« on: February 20, 2013, 08:11:14 am »
About a month ago I went to cash out the amount of about $25.89. Afterwards when I signed back on I had expected the amount to drop down to zero to signify that my cashout went through, but instead of that all I have seen is it dwindle down slightly to around $16.86. I would like to know if my request to cashout went through, and when I should expect to receive a check. Thank You.

If you cashed out anytime in January, you should have received an email by now saying that your cashout was approved. You can also check your Accounts page, under Requested Cashout there is a list with the status of each cashout.

If your earnings were from over 180 days ago, they may have expired. You may also receive a notice about a survey or referral being denied which can cause a decrease in earnings.  On the same Accounts page, each "offer credited to your account" has a status. You can check to see what is approved, pending, denied, etc.

On your account page it has all your requested cashouts listed. If you've requested one during the month of Feburary it should be there are pending

Although if it was started to decrease like that it is more likely that your credits have started to expire. You can also see if that is the case from your account page

You won't receive your check until after March 20th.  I get checks, too.  They take a little more time than getting paid through PayPal.  My cash outs aren't usually "approved" until around the 17th to the 20th of the NEXT month you're cashing out from.  Until that time, your cash out will show as "pending."  Most of us wait until the very last day of each month to cash out so that the wait until the 20th of the following month doesn't seem that long of a wait.

Check your account page. It will tell you what the status is. Good Luck!

I highly doubt that it went through since the money didn't drop down to zero. I'm sure you know if you completed $16.86 worth of offers in the meantime. The only thing that could of happened is that some companies revoked your money thus dropping your cashout to below $25 so it would be denied. If you did your cashout in January you would of got it around February 20th.

It sounds like your cashout did not go through and that your money has been expiring ever since you checked it last. Scroll to the bottom of your account page and check to see if there are expiration dates in red next to the bottom few offers. You may have gotten an offer revoked and it could have taken your cashout balance below $25 thus cancelling your cashout. Just check your account page, it tells you everything there. It should show a cashout pending if your cashout went through, but that is doubtful since there is money in your account yet.
