Can't open new offers

There are three new offers posted that I have not done yet.  When I try to open them, nothing happens.  I know that I have popup blocker but usually if I hold down the Ctrl key it will let me open the offer in a new window.  Is there anything else that I need to do or that I should try to be able to open offers??? :BangHead:Thanks in advance.  By the way, I LOVE this site.
