How Did you meet your Signifacant Other?

Dreamyxo tell abit more tell us the whole story of how you met.  what site did you meet on? HOw longhave you been with each other?

I lose count it's about 6 years now.  I was living overseas at the time and put in an ad in a popular online forum for expats living there just to meet more people and someone to take me sightseeing and help me with the language not looking for a relationship exactly.  I met a few people through the site but he was the one that stuck.

I met my boyfriend In a Yahoo Chatroom. He was using a screen name I liked ( The digits of his birthdate ). Turned out, our birthdays are 5 days apart. We talked on-line and on the phone for a while then In July he came to visit. He now lives here. He moved to Kentucky from New Jersey. Our 1 year Anniversary Is July 31st.

Married for a little over a year.  Known him for two years.  We worked together then started dating a few months after he quit the job.

I am just starting to see someone I met on FaceBook. We had a few friends in common & went to high school together, so I wrote to him & we started chatting & found out we have a lot in common. We have gotten together & watched a movie since & are planning on going to the movies tomorrow if our schedules sync up! I am glad i wrote to him, we have a lot in common & the same type of humor!!

I met my husband when I was 15 yrs old, he was 19 in the military. I was actually just walking in Waikiki with my friends getting ready to go, when my friend was interested in his friend. 15yrs later and 3 children we are still going strong.

i met my sig. other in the grocery store.  he was the security guard and i had just been stood up by this guy in the army and my ex husband called to say he was gonna be late picking up the kids and i went to get them something to eat.    we started talking and 13 yrs later we are still together.
