I met my husband 16 years ago in college in Physical Science class.  He claimed he was failing and needed tutoring (big lie).  We got married 4 years later.

We actually dated in high school, but things did not work out then.  We broke up and I started dating someone else and became engaged.  He cheated and so the engagement was over.  I was working in a gas station in our home town on the weekends while was going to college, and I told my Mom that I wasn't chasing after another guy and I was just going to stay single.  That weekend my husband came in, (then ex) and I told him that the engament was off.  He ask me out that weekend and we have been together ever since.  We were married a year and a half later and we will be married for 9 years this August.  Together for 11 years.

I met my Fiancee in group therapy and fell in love ever
since and we got so much in common and we are both
christians which count and we have been together now
for 3 years and we're going to get married this year or
next, in God's timing.

Prior to meeting her I kept praying for a "Godly Woman"
and i attended church and still do with her and I personally
feel that is the right way to go, I understand some people
may think differently and that is okay.

If you are waiting for someone and if you're a christian i would
pray every night before you go to bed i would be very specific
in what you want in a man or woman and continue to do the
Lord's will.

I hope i am some help to someone who needs direction.

My friends gave me this guys number and told me he was the PERFECT guy for me... So I texted him, drove the hour and a half to meet him and meet up with my friends a day later. He was scared at first wouldn't come near me, and he's straight edge so he doesn't drink doesn't smoke doesn't have sex.. We were all drinking and he wasn't he just sat in the farthest corner and played ds.. So after a few drinks I brought my ds over & we played animal crossing then I gave him a big hug, and we've been together since lol. The weekend after that I went to see him and ended up meeting his parents and family, and in a few weeks it will be a year & 1/2 that we've been together.

We met in high school.  He used to date my best friend.  They broke up on the trip our band took to Canada.  We visited on that trip on and off.  He asked me out about a month after our band trip. 

We started dating that summer between my freshman and sophmore year.  He is two years older than me so when he graduated from highschool he thought it best if we broke up.  That way we could both date others. 

We got back together and have been married for 33 years.  He is still the best thing that has ever happened to me.
