I played tennis longer than usual today.

I guess I can consider that my workout today even though i know that wasnt enough.

I used to play some tennis. It might be time to play some again this summer. Might
help me get in a little better shape!

I am getting my exercise by jumping on my trampoline. I am hoping to keep fit and loose about 20 pounds or more.
