my search toolbar is not paying out. keeps telling me "You did not perform a qualifying search."

If it says that, then either you are searching too quickly or you have performed that same or similar search before.  Make sure you go slowly and make sure you also actually open the web pages you are searching for.  Hope that helps.

I am trying to get the max searches each day at least that is my goal  for this month.
