color is just your minds way of looking at stuff your color of blue most likely is not the same as mine or anyone elses

The "color" of the sky is really colorless.  The reason we see blue during the daytime is the particles in the atmosphere refract the blue color wavelength from the sun.  At sunset the refraction lengthens which is why it typically red-shifts.  Same principle of rainbows - only with rainbows it's the refraction of the sunlight through water droplets producing the light's spectrum (at least what we can see of it).

I like a sunset with a clear sky.  You can almost see the whole gradient of colors from red, orange yellow, pink, blue, and the dark blue of the sky directly overhead.  I do some painting in my spare time and the sky is my favorite thing to paint.

Today it was gray. But we usually get some very pretty sunsets. Bright pinks and oranges.

Today the sky here is gray.  In the mornings lately it has been really pretty pinks and oranges.  At sunset it has been pretty too.
