You found the "blue" link that lets you create your on thread.

If you want to reply to someone else's thread, look for the "reply" link on the thread, click it, and then enter your response.

You can also use the "quote" link to reply to a specific reply/thread when you want to answer someone's specific comment.  On threads with lots of responses, this helps make it obvious to whom you are responding to.

After you've clicked on "post" to post your response, you may also modify your response (for typos, new thoughts -- whatever), by clicking on "modify".
