When is the best time to request cash out?

It's really all up to you. Some members prefer to cash out as soon as they reach the minimum. Others, including myself, prefer to cash out on the last day of the month, since you get paid on the 20th of the following month. If you were to cash out on the 7th of January, for example, then you would have to wait until the 20th of Feb. If you waited until the end of Jan. then you could continue earning and wouldn't have to wait as long. If you opt for the end of the month, just make sure you cash out by 11:59 pm PST on the last day of the month.

the best time to cash out for me is on the last day of the month.
there's no point in cashing any earlier unless some of your approved offers are about to expire

I have cashed out on the very last day of the month. That way the "wait" doesn't seem so long till the 20th of the following month to get my payment. You have until 11:59 PM PST on the last day of the month to cashout.

Yes, you can cashout as long as you have at least $25 on your account balance. At least $15 or more in completed offers. I always cashout more than $25 in case one or more surveys don't approve.
