Name change request

Hey, when I signed up I wasn't really planning to post in the forums or anything but then I saw the incentive so I thought'd I'd give it a shot. The thing is I'm kind of embarrassed I put my name in and not a pseudonym. Is there any way at all I can request a change for privacy reasons?

yeah I would like to change me user name too but I understand why we can't. It'd be hard to keep track of all the changes and there would probably be mix ups with payments too and no one wants that

I am in the middle of trying to get a resolution to a slightly different issue.My main computer crashed about a week ago so I had to get a new one and get it set up. My old one had my password stored in it and my laptop had my password stored in it. I have not been able to log into the new computer except for about one hour and then it timed me out when I went to post in the forum it wanted my phone number confirmed  and then locked me out., I am still waiting on admin to get me reset as I also could not request my password or change it as previously for whatever reason the system was still not recognizing my ISP address. I use the same ethernet connection and browser and my email address has not changed so I thought all should be OK but I have not heard back fo9r several days since the latest problem. Prior to that I was hearing back usually the next day or even the same day. Perhaps after all the bonuses etc are posted I will hear back. In the mean time I have to go back to my laptop which is slower and difficult for my big fingers to type on.

Most laptops let you plug in a full size keyboard to cure that last problem.
