Yesterday the ACLJ filed yet another lawsuit against the Obama Administration's unconstitutional abortion-pill mandate.

Last year, we succeeded in stopping the mandate on behalf of every private business we represent, providing temporary relief while these cases make their way to the Supreme Court.

Each of these cases represents a direct attack on the Obama Administration's unlawful mandate, and the Administration is fighting back with unlimited resources.

In other words, we are in for a long, hard battle against a legal opponent that will spend whatever it takes to defend its radical ideology.
