PTC

Recently I have been experiencing problems with the PTC. I will go to my pages and then when I return from a sponsor site, all of my credits will dissappear and put me back at 0 with over 100 minutes. I go through the procedure again and my credits for pages will credit and then after I look at another page, they will return bqack to fewer pages. IIt takes me more time to complete these steps because it will erease them 2 or 3 times. How does this happen? Is it happening to anyone else? The PTC is the best part of FC for me, but I am geting frustrated with the erasure of credits.

This has happened to me a few times in the past. Not happening now though. When it does happen, I usually wait a while and then try again. Most times it is fixed on another try.

I've never experienced that happening to me.  Maybe put in a support ticket to see if you can get some help with it.

I haven't had that problem but I'm sure if you ask for help from support they will no doubt be able to help you.  Good luck!

I would clear any cookies before trying the PTC next time.  If that doesn't work, try another browser than the one you have typically been using.  If that fails, then the only other thing I could suggest would be submitting a support ticket.  Good luck!

Yea happened to me also and with only 4 choices now i just passed and waited a few days. After that i havent had any problems.

Yeah sometimes I have problem with the ptc also. I think there is a glitch in the system somewhere. I think you should go on and do other offers then come back later. Hopefully the problem will fix itself. If you keep having the same problem contact support.

I have had the same in the past. I would try them until they would take never figured out what was going on. disappointing, I may have even given them a rest for a day or two also to see if that helped. "Sorry for the typos I am stuck using my laptop as that is the only way I can accesss currently. You could try a support ticket but those seem to be taking for ever to get a response or sollution currently
