I haven't read anything about a limit on referalls. I don't have any but i still make a nice amount of extra money to treat myself on a nice deal online.

i have 3 referrals but they stopped doing this for some reason. one said they dont have time and i said its only 4 mins out ur day.. if i have time.. so do u.

The best thing about referrals is that they earn money so you can gain. Referrals get frustrated with not earning as much as the person who referred them. Realize that is why they are a referral to gain money for the person who referred and then get some of they own referrals to gain for them. I have no referrals and I seem to be doing okay on gaining on my own. I was not referred here because I chose to get membership on my own. It may be just me but I felt if I came in on a referral and I did not gain as much as my referred person I would have set backs like why am I not gaining like that person persay. Not saying referrals are bad, but I think if one gains from me then there should be a trickle down (no pun intended of economy but it is what it is when things should work this way). A referred person should be able to get with their referred person and have a learning and get referrals to help you and along the way they earn also. My thoughts are do not refer a person and gain from them but then do not help them also gain referrals. Yes I am sure one will argue the fact that is your job to do that because they did they job to earn you. However if the referral program worked where one can benefit from being a referral to be helped gain referrals and all can make more money then I think referrals would be more happy and likely to gain more people and work toward cashout. Like Janet Jackson in her song, What have you done for me lately. Yes I gain you more money but what have you done to help me gain while your gaining. Like the saying do not bite the and that feeds you. Those are my thoughts. I would like to have referrals but in return help my referrals gain also. One day I think I will gain a lot by this way of thinking and if not then I still have my own earnings.

I have gotten 2 referrals, but they only show them to have participated to the first step and that was it, I need to find out if they are actually still doing this or not?  Its hard to find people that are interested in particpating, I have asked lots more then 2 people thats forsure.

The referred person has a choice of whether or not to let the one who referred them see their information and be able to contact them. That's the only way your referrer can help you. Unfortunately, my referrals haven't done that, so I have not been able to contact them and see if they need any help.
