im keeping my newyears resolution

since the first i have lost three pounds whoo hooo i am so happy

        I am still working on my new year resolution: Lose weight. "Look better, feel better!"

congrats!! when you finally stick to something,
it feels like you're no longer waiting on yourself to
DO IT. the pride (alongside the results) are the
best feelings. my weight is slowly climbing down...
it's a constant battle, but we can do it

Congratulations, keep up the good work  I haven't been striving to lose weight myself, I think I'm good with where I'm at. But I have been sticking to one of my and that's cutting way back on the sugar.
