Skillet offer

I was thinking of doing the skillet offer. I read another post about it but I can't seem to find it or remember what it said. The offer says the skillet is free, with a $9.95 shipping fee. Is this it? Or are there strings attached? I saw the FC credit is $10.00 and I thought that seemed like a great deal.
