i grab a banana for breakfast 3 or 4 days a week.
a fresh bunch bought on sunday will last me until the
next sunday, usually. i've always heard your blood sugar
is at it's lowest in the morning, so i figure it's a good dose
to get me started...

they're constantly saying you should eat fresh fruit.
a banana would be defined as a fresh fruit

Bananas are good for people not including if there are food allergies. But if you are referring to sources of Potassium there are better sources. But I still like Bananas especially in my cereal.

I guess that would depend on how many you eat because they are a good source of potassium. Not sure why they would be bad for you.

If you eat them to fast they can give you gas real bad. But they are good for you. That is what my doctor said anyway.

I like the taste of bananas but some sources suggest they may be harmful.
Bananas are a great source of potassium and other vitamins, too. Because you peel the fruit, I would think that most of the pesticides or chemicals sprayed onto the fruit would be peeled away. I don't know that much about the growers, which are from outside the US, but I beleive they are picked green before they are shipped to our country. Where did you here that they were harmful. Also a great source of fiber. Keep things movin!

I love them and they help keep me feeling full.  I don't consider any fruit to be harmful.

I do not like bananas much. My dad would eat them a lot because he needed the source of potassium they provide. My son eat them he seem to like them and also they are good for you.

It depends on who's eating them and who you ask.  Some people have a problem with bananas due to being diabetic and/or having a food sensitivity.  Blood type A, B and AB individuals typically do great eating a banana.  Blood type O people might run the other direction.

That being said, we all know that bananas are a great source of potassium, enzymes because they are "live" food and fiber.  They're also low in sodium.

Try it.  You might like it and if you don't you can always make a different choice next time.

Well, i am type O and I love and eat bananas whenever I come across them. (And I'll have more than 2 or three at a time)
