Not seeing all of screen on videos

I have recently seeen some videos that I barely see the arrow and only half of the screen. I was wondering if there is a way to widen the screen? These seem to be related to virool, at least I think that is the way it is spelled. Is this a prob;em with the video or with me the operator? Really liked the songs by these singers!Hope they can start a career with their home videos!

I have had a similar problem with two of my videos. They were videos through a third party. I have not found a way to improve the screen. I did watch them and I did get credit for them. I think it is a glitch with the videos, not you.

I only get a small corner of both of the videos, "It's the Year in Music 2012" and "Gael Garcia Bernal's Many Roles" on my screen as well.

I have not received credit for either of them.

I have gone to Youtube to watch Tasia's video several times because I enjoy her singing so much.  I hope she is noticed and gets a chance to be seen and start a career.  She is very talented.

Same problem here. No credits after watching either. Don't think it is operator error but would like to know what is going on.

I, too, noticed this happening to a couple of my videos.  I was still able to watch them and get credit, so it wasn't a big concern.  But it's nice to come to the forum and see that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. This forum is such a great resource for solving/understanding the issues that pop up at FC from time to time.  You can always get an answer in the forum either through old threads or starting your own!

I had the same problem, you could only see part of the screen I don't see a way to widen it, did at least see the arrow and was able to play it and get credit.

sounds like you need to update your flash drive.. maybe, i don't know i am no computer expert by any means. but i haven't had those type of problesm with videos yet...

The part of the video screen has been cut off for me too a few videos. The videos are still crediting me after watching them though. So I can't complain too much but be nice to see the other cut off screen.

Lately I've had no problems with the videos, and they"ve been paying right after viewing. The other day I racked up nice hulk of change from the videos, which featured the enegizer bunny.

I have this problem with other paid to click sites too, like half the video is cut off, even when you enlarge the screen the video plays in. Makes it impossible to tell how much of the video is left. :/

I only get half of that video, I do at least get credit for it.  My son watches It on a paid to click video game site and only see half of it also.

This was also a problem I had watching the videos.
