Best place to advertise?

I know it's probably a dumb question to ask; however, the rules specifically say that you aren't able to post on craigslist or any classified ads. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on where it is permitted to advertise?

I have had the best luck with Paid To Click websites. People there are already clicking for a penny or less, why not offer them a raise?

I have advertise on Paid to click sites in the past. The main one I use is traffic storm or traffic pods. But there is a lot more sites, that you can use.

Youtube is also a good place to advertise. I use Windows Movie Maker to make my videos, it's a pretty simple program to use.
