Why does it take a month to recieve my cashout???

I did my cashout a month ago and still havent recieved pay, it says it is still pending and I should get it on or before the 20th but why does it take so long???

FC's standard operating procedure is to process cashouts on or about the 20th of each month for requests made in the previous month.

If you requested your cash out on the 18th of November, you can expect to receive payment (if approved) on/about the 20th of December.  If you had made the request on Nov 1st or Nov 30th, you would also receive payment on the 20th of December.

Since most people do offers, and occasionally the credits on offers are reversed (for a variety of reasons), the extra time allows the reversals to be accounted for.  If you do offers, it's a good idea to have more than $25 in total before you cash out so that any reversals that might come through will not reduce your account balance to less than $25.00/15.00. 

If reversals reduce your account balance to below the $15 in offers/$25 in total requirements, your cash out will not be approved and the remaining funds will be returned to your account.

Most members wait until towards the end of the month to cash out. As Swogden said, it does not matter whether you cash out the first of the month or the last day of the month, you will still get paid the 20th of the next month. I think Fusion Cash has a lot of bookkeeping and "paper work" to do between the end of the month and payday.  That's why it takes so long.

It seem like a long time to get our cash, but I notice it like the end of the month.  :-

I agree with what the other people have said about the fact that there are sometimes offers that do get reversed for whatever reason and they do want to allow for time in case that happens.
In addition to that, I would be inclined to believe that the advertisers don't pay fusion cash right away and therefore they have to wait until they are paid before they are able to pay us, thus, we are basically paid on a Net30 type of plan.
What I mean is we send in our invoice (being our cashout request) and it can take them as many 30 days to verify that the invoice is correct.

I waited until November 30 to cash out and I cashed out for $82.13. At the moment, it says 'Pending...if approved, expect payment on or before Dec 20' so tomorrow or the day after, I should receive it. FC pays us once a month. Each site is different and no two sites have the same payment methods/deadlines. This will be my first cash out and I can't wait to get a message from FC and Paypal saying I have money waiting for me!  

I noticed that another member mentioned 'reversals'. Why are some offer credits reversed?

The reversals are mainly surveys and referral bonuses. I am not always certain why these offers or bonuses are reversed. The survey company or client won't pay FC for someone's completed survey. I had that happen to me once. I never knew why. Other members have referral bonuses reversed. If that happens, you can open a support ticket and possibly get a response as to why it happened. If that is going to happen, you should hear by tomorrow the latest. Usually you will get an email from Fusion Cash that says "Notification From Fusion Cash". If you see that, it is a bad sign.
