Have you ever had a stalker and if you had what was the most outrageous thing they did?  :sad1:

No, thank God! Lol!  :P
Opinion: 1) a view, judgment, or appraisal formed in the mind about a particular matter 2) belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge
This is the internet, learn to let people have opinions. And don't be so sensitive.  8)

Yes by a ex. When we split he did everything he could to scare me, followed me everywhere. Even though i had a restaining order against him. Tried to steal my car several times. I got tired of that and went to the dealer and traded it of for another car. Well he came to the place where i worked and the person who bought the car just happened to be there also. Yep the dumb bunny stole it. The judge let him off with a major warning, because i hadn't told him i had traded it. Oh well at least he went to jail overnight. But he quit stalking me.

Unfortunately not by someone I wanted to stalk me.  An ex husband of mine who has or had a plethora of girlfriends for months. I do not believe it was him.  I think it was one of his girlfriends cut my tires for months and weeks without end, then a woman that was texting while driving wrecked that same car by stopping sideways at an intersection in front of us while we were going 55 mph in the middle of the night.

Yes, I sure did.  It was when I was living in NY and used to take the trains to get to work.  At a certain point in the ride, just a couple of stops away from where I would get on, there was a man that would make it a point to seek me out on the train.  He was well-dressed, always in a suit.  He would enter the train, then go through the cars looking for me.  He never said a word to me, just watched me.

At first I thought it was my imagination, so I did nothing.  But day after day, he did the same thing, and on 3 different trains (that's how many I took to get to work in Lower Manhattan).  At one point, I even decided to trick him.  When he entered the car I was in on the train, I left and went in to another car when he turned away from me for a minute or two.  At the very next stop, he again started looking for me, found me, and entered the car I was in!  Again, this man never said a word, just stared at me and watched me.  By this time, I was no longer amused.  His antics had gone on for WEEKS and even when I made a conscious effort to get away from his stares, this cretin would follow me.  It was then I decided to do something about it.

I waited for my train to drop 99% of us off on a street called "Jay St."  This station was an indoor station that was ALWAYS crowded with passengers waiting to get on their next train in to Manhattan.  Before I did anything, I made sure I melted in to this crowd, just to see if he would seek me out once again.  Sure enough, there he was, just about 10 feet away from me, craning his neck and standing on tip toes just so he knew where I was.  I smiled to myself because now I was ready to rock his world.  I stood there, stared at him, and started yelling and pointing, "Hey, you!  Yeah, YOU, over there up against the pole!"  :D  EVERYONE turned to see who I was yelling at.  As they all stared at him, I yelled, "Stop following me!  You've been stalking me for weeks and now I've got a platform full of people who KNOW what you look like.  You don't know who you're dealing with and if you don't stop, you'll find yourself in a world of hurt."

This man was SO embarrassed by what I did, he never followed me again.  Long after I had forgotten the incident, I was entering the elevator to the building I worked in in Manhattan.  Low and behold, who was in that elevator but HIM.  I was PISSED.  I STARED at him until he got off.  I found out he worked in the same building on another floor.  He never said a word to me, nor did he ever follow me again.  He's lucky.  I would have hurt him if he ever continued or started again and I think he knew it.

It was incidents like these that made me very aware of my surroundings.  It hardened me even more to the fact that there are nuts all over the place.  I was always prepared to knock somebody on their a$$ if they ever thought they could get funny.  Hehe - I guess you can say I've seen PLENTY riding the trains of Manhattan.  Everything from FREAK SHOWS to SCREW *bleep* to a guy wielding a gun and shooting up the place.  You're definitely not at a loss for entertainment living in NY.

I think I've had neighbors take more interest in me than they should...in the end I felt safer with them watching since they didn't really have bad intentions.

Yes, my ex-girlfriend kept calling me with the heavy breathing and would leave notes on my front door. Got a restraining order on her.

Yes, unfortunately. My ex husband wasn't ready to depart (despite his actions that led to the divorce) and for a whole year he followed me, brought drama to my house whenever I had company, and talked about me to anyone who would listen, including my kids.  We are civil towards each other now, all this was when I first left him.  My cousin recently discovered that her bf has been putting a tape recorder in her vehicle to listen to her in car conversations.

I have as well, it was the worst experience in my life. I dated a guy in high school and when we broke up he wouldn't go away. He would break into my house and waited for me to get home from school begging me to get back with him. He would hide behind cars in my apartment parking lot in the middle of the night and jump out at me when I got home. He'd bribe my neighbors to let him hang out at their apartment to spy on me. He'd circle the parking lot of my work and threaten my coworkers over the phone. Once he even waited at MY work doing copies of photos and when he noticed my friend's car he ran us off the road forcing us to run red lights and stop signs while he tried to hit her car. We had the police meet us somewhere and they let him off with a warning. He'd send messages to my phone from fake online accounts telling me he could see what I'm doing and he'd tell me what I'm wearing. He slashed my mom's tires. He told me what my boyfriend's address and car info and followed us with his girlfriend's car. I just don't understand why someone would get that crazy and why someone would date someone that followed someone else, and it's sad that the police can't do anything till someone gets murdered.

No, I haven't had a stalker and I hope I never do.  I freak out when a car makes too many of the same turns as I do, so I would probably go nuts if I had a stalker.

Yes. I never knew what he looked like or even what his name was, but somehow he knew me and had my cell number. He called himself "Mr J". I would go shopping and he would text me with a description of what I bought and what I was wearing. I could not trace the number as it was "unlisted". I even changed my phone number, but he managed to get the new number as well. It was freaky and eventually I did not want to go anywhere alone. This carried on for a few months and then it suddenly stopped. Maybe he got run over by a car or something!!!!!
