My favorite is The Christmas Song (Chesnuts roasting on an open fire). Although I really enjoyed Nat King Cole's version my personal favorite is Toni Braxton's version from her Snowflakes holiday album.

I love Trans-Sibberian Orchestra's version of Carol of the Bells...
I love that carol regardless though.
