3rd Party Survey Question - Please Help
« on: December 11, 2012, 10:01:24 am »
Hey guys. I was invited to a pre-scheduled survey from here a few weeks ago that was finally just last night.
It was a live survey thing that took about an hour and a half. It said I would be paid within 7-10 days in the email with the link to start the survey.

I did the live survey last night for the 90 minutes about and at the end of it, the page just said thank you or whatever and "you may close your browser"..
So obviously I completed the live survey,

My question is just how will they be paying me? I haven't received any email since the start survey email yesterday..
How will they know how to pay me? I am confused and don't know what I should do?

Please help guys if anyone knows from past experience!

I would be so grateful for any help.     Best wishes :)

No experience with that here. But as a rule to myself I just don't do those kind of surveys especially when promised a paying survey at a later date.

Thanks, but it did seem legit. It was a live survey for a new alcohol with live survey/opinions...

There's gotta be someone who also did/has done this before and can help me to know how to get paid...

Thanks.   :BangHead:

They usually send it in the form of a visa/american express gift card through the mail. Although now some of those companies have been using your paypal address to put it directly in your paypal account once you have completed the group discussion thing. Was that the only email you got from them?

Yes it was just the email reminder with the scheduled time of the live survey and the link to it.

Save the email that said you would be paid in 7-10 days and use it as a reminder that payment should be made by 12/23/12.
Do they provide a means to contact them with questions?

Payment could be made directly to you, IF you provided either your PAYPAL information or your mailing address.  If you didn't have to provide that, I would expect to see a credit to my FC account in 7-10 days.

If you don't receive anything by the 23rd, either contact them or send a ticket to FC support.

Good luck and hope this survey results in a nice holiday gift!
