What realistic thing are you most scared of?

I want this topic to be about realistic fears, some of you might be afraid of a Zombie Apocalypse. But lets be realistic, what thing are you most afraid of in the world around us?

I think for me its spiders. The bigger they come, the faster I run.

well i have panic attacks, so i am afraid of alot of things.

the main one is bein ALONE. i dont like being alone at my house or anywhere.
my 2nd biggest fear tho is flying.

My biggest fear is a fear of heights. I get dizzy can't stand up and I have an uncontrollable urge to jump, or at least the fear that I will jump. It seems illogical that I would jump but I am am still afraid that I might.

she wanted to go on those rides that blast you up and those high roller coasters, I felt like
a sissy to be honest, but I went on them anyway, fun experience and a good way

I have tons of fears that are realistic, however I think the Zombie nightmare could happen and is therefore a valid fear.  Anyhow, one my my biggest fears is pointy objects.  I pretty much refuse to use power tools (even a battery powered screwdriver), and if it is not a riding lawnmover I will not cut the grass (I do not really cut the grass anyway, but it is a fear).  I also have a fear of losing loved ones while I am away on vacation.  Other fears include spiders, snakes, bees, guns, knifes, not being able to see the bottom of bodies of water, and tons of other things that if I actually thought about, would not be able to function properly in society.

Being in pain is my biggest fear, followed by spiders.  Arachnophobia anybody?  I kill even the tiny ones...the big, hairy ones drive me out of my mind!

I have arachnophobia (spiders), entomophobia (bugs). I can't stand any of that and I live in a tropical climate where we have large roaches that fly.
I /think/ I have a fear of the ocean or falling into the ocean because of what lurks in there and how deep it really is.

I also have a fear of pain and tend to anticipate that something will hurt more than it actually does.

mine would be electrical storms,, i wont even go out side for anything or any reason if it is lightning out ,, and driving on icy roads ..

I have a little fear of heights but its more of the coming back down than going up, I have a little fear of being in tight places, but the fear that really gets me and I know this is strange is gorillas and apes.lol  Its their eyes, they creep me out. I never linger long by them at the zoo.
