Don't worry, that's normal.

You get paid around the 20th of the month AFTER you cashout. From the FAQ http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php:
We disburse payment on or before the 20th of the month after you cashout. That is, if you cashout any time this month, your payment will be disbursed on or around January 20th. You must allow 1-5 business days for electronic payment methods to post, and 2-10 business days for check delivery via USPS First Class Mail.

I usually wait until the end of the month to cash out since payment is always scheduled for the 20th of the month FOLLOWING the month you request the cash out.

If you ask on Dec 10 or Dec 30th, the payment will come through, if approved, on January 20th.

You have the option of cancelling your current cash out and wait until Dec 30 and ask again (with a large cash out amount), or just let it stay in effect and use the rest of this month and January to build up your account for your next cash out.

always go thru on the 20th if you ask for it on the 21st it will take a whole nother month to get to ya

If you wanted to get paid on December 20th, you would have had to cash out by November 30th. Easy way to remember it is, if you cash out any day in December, you will get paid on January 20th.

you get paid on or about the 20th of the month AFTER you request the cashout, which is why most people tend to wait till the very end of the month to do their cashout
