If you are consistent in coming back daily, posting in the forums, etc, then you can make a bit.  It's no where near replacing an income, but it will earn you enough for a magazine subscription or something. 

Getting enough active referrals could earn you way more, but that's the case with anything online.  I don't like to put referrals into the equation cause I'm generally not that great at getting them, so I try to keep things in the perspective of what you can earn by yourself.  That way, you can assume that's, more or less, the minimum you can expect and that referrals will just earn you a bit more.
