The ninth Court of Appeals in California.
« on: December 05, 2012, 12:46:10 pm »
I think the guys Court of Appeals in California which is for the West Coast exhalation point is so ridiculously liberal that it wouldn't uphold the Constitution if George Washington or the signers of the declaration of independence come there and showed him what he said in their faces. I am not liberal at all I think they are should be in peace and thrown in their own junk when they give gays and liberal levers bands and liberals and every rights and notary else any rights white man has no rights far as the research. Only the gaze liberals and colored people have any rights!! Far as they are concerned so I think they should be impeached and thrown in the sewer that they are creating with all their liberal thinking ideas and have all their kids are aborted because they think abortion is right for everybody.

I'd have to agree that most politics, liberals and conservatives alike, have strayed far away from what the Founding Fathers originally intended. Obviously, no one can know that for sure; but, my interpretation of their words leads me to think that way. Everyone is too worried about making every single person happy, without them putting i the work. I am terrified of where our country is headed.

This thread should probably be in "Debate and Discuss."

That being said, I agree that the 9th Court of Appeals and Even our Supreme Court have decided that the US Constitution really says whatever they decide (at any given moment) that it actually says.  Much of what the U.S. government does today is very clearly unconstitutional.  There is no way that the "welfare" clause means what they have decided it means.  If that were the case, you would have to throw out the rest of the document, which is essentially what they have done.
