 A contributory post is one that offers some insight, makes people laugh, carries a conversation, provides information
 or help, or something along those lines.  It's not spam, or an attempt to make money for oneself, and it's not short
 or missing content.  Basically, if you post just to meet the 30 post requirement, you wont qualify.

When you first start out with posting in the forum, the maximum is nine posts per day. However, that is lifted at some point based on the quality of your posts, not necessarily the quantity of posts, in which the FC Administrators decide. After that, there is no limit to the amount of posts you can make per day. I've done 10 or more posts in a day with no problem.

Click on the link at the top of this page that says "get paid to post" and read the instructions there.

As has been explained before, Newbies can do 9 a day.  When your total reaches thirty contributory posts as explained above, you can click on the get paid to post link above, which will lead you to a link that you can click to submit for your bonus.  This was all explained in oldbuddy's tutorial videos for newbies.   Watch those videos.  He has taken painstaking efforts to explain all details of the site.

Nine per day until you pass Newbie and then there is no limit as long as they contribute to the discussion.
