A pint of chocolate milk from the break room vending machine.  The breakfast of ex-champions!

It depends.  Some days it's a protein shake and cold oatmeal (I put the oats in cold milk and put it in the freezer for five minutes, it absorbs the liquid like it would if the liquid was hot).

I normally either make pancakes or scrambled eggs.  My scrambled eggs generally consist of eggs, cheese, and mushrooms.  Sometimes I also add broccoli or sausage or whatever else we have.  Not great, but it's something different.

I like tamales with eggs on top and a bit of cheese.  I also like to cook a batch of smoky, spicy pinto beans in my crock pot and eat a bowl with an egg on top.  Yum.

Most of the time I want something fast like oakmeal or toast. But when I want a real breakfast it is bacon, eggs scrambled well and cheese grits. And don't forget the buttered toast.

I don't know how much time you have, but you could make homemade granola. Not only is it delicious, but you can control the ingredients you put in it to make it healthy. It also fills you up.
