Survey froze?

I was in the middle of taking a FC Survey and the survey froze! What do I do? When I try to click the forward button the page does nothing? I can click, change my answers, and scroll the page up and down but the forward button isn't working? Does this mean I wont be able to qualify for the survey and i'll lose the $1.00? Do I need to contact support? HELP!  :

This happens sometimes, and it does suck. All you can do is try to wait it out or refresh the page or try going back and HOPE it still works.

If you have to exit, thats it its done. FC surveys you get one chance, it wont let you attempt more then once.

Yeah just as advised, when it happens I have discovered that most times if you refresh, you will get disqualified. It may just be that you may not be able to get that cash value. Terrible but that's the way it is for now. We hope for better days...

Aaa.... it happens many times to me too

Sometime i try refresh, f5, click back button, and it works. Sometime i just let it go and keep trying another survey.
