I think everybody gets into a regular "schedule" after a little bit on any site, but it's also a good idea of the free daily stuff and all the sites you use.  Also starting a blog and sharing it with others will help them as well as possibly get you referrals.

Ehh, not a big fan.  Personally I get annoyed with forced checklists cause normally they contain things I don't like doing.  It's like, I don't do the calls cause I'm not a big phone person, so I would not like having everything checked on the list but that one thing every day I came in. 

If it were a personal checklist that each user creates for themselves, then I'd be ok with that.  Maybe have a suggestion list for new users and after a few days it allows you to alter it to just the activities you want to do.
