i need an new laptop how can i get one

This is my 4th PC in the last 7 or 8 years. I somehow get a virus/spyware or crash them (the Blue-Screen-Of-Death) then ya gotta buy another.

There is no way a virus/spyware crash is going to ruin your computer. It's only software and can be removed by formatting the hard drive and starting over. At worst case, replace the hard drive completely or boot it from a USB stick with Linux installed, then you won't have that problem anymore.

Thanks for the info about fixing your laptop, but to the question there are alot of ads out there that say overstocked laptops priced as low as $40.00 you might want to click on one of those sites it might be an auction but hey what the heck you can't beat the price if you can get at that price GOOD LUCK

Try looking on your local craigslist. People add new things everyday. Look under the "electronics" category

If you live in or near a college town, there are always bright young geeks who can and will build or repair just about anything for a little pizza money and a reference if they do good work. I've done that several times, the key is to ask for references and make sure you tell them you'll give one. The college itself usually has an office where people can list jobs like that for free. 

I've also had good luck buying used from local repair shops or Amazon.
