2009 Entertainment Book Offer
« on: April 23, 2009, 06:58:32 pm »
I was wondering if anyone has done this offer? I just did it thinking it was a $5.00 payout and ended up getting credited $10.00. When I went back to check it out, it was gone. So weird because I JUST did it and within a few minutes it was gone.  ???  Also, I was wondering if anyone got charged anything more than the price of the one book. I made sure not to check any of the boxes about wanting to receive more books or what not, so it better not charge me more than this first $20. I only want the one book anyway!

I know someone who did this offer and the charge is $25.00 for the book.  You get $5.00 off the 2009 book if you agree to receive a new book again automatically next year for 2010 from the entertainment book publisher. (the $5.00 off is from the publisher not FC) The offer here is to get 10.00 cash back from FC.  I think the offer disapears from from your available offers for you because you have already completed it and can only do it once.

I would do this offer, but I live in a rural area and I don't think the coupons in it would do me much good. Back when I lived in Minneapolis books like these could save you a small fortune, just doing the stuff you do all the time. I think if you live in or near a metro area a book like this is worth having. The local High school publishes a book like this to raise money and it has always been one of the best fundraisers they have done.
