I have always made sure to buy myself something for christmas.  Ever since my son was four and asked 'mommy, why didn't santa bring anything for YOU? Were you bad?'.  At the time, I told him that santa was too busy making toys for kids - but every year since then, there has always been a gift under the tree for me as well.

Already did - had my eye on another Magnavox DVR at Walmart.  Got it using my ebates account so I got some $ back from the purchase as well.  Now I have it for the basement - so I should be all set for any channel in my upcoming trivia notes mania.  That and it will help making my VCR tape to DVD conversion easier as that's the only place I still have a VCR...
