I usually go to Wal mart for my major grocery shopping, but  try not to need a whole lot the closer it gets to Christmas. It gets to be a mad house. And i don't like crowds too much.

There are two sides to every job in existence, so of Walmart employees don't like how they are treated they can always move on. It's a BUSINESS, not a charity. If the bottom line suffers, it won't take protests to change the policies.

That's exactly why I left my last job 12 years ago too and I don't regret it one bit. It wasn't Walmart though, it was a company I owned, but it's no different.

I agree.  I don't do my shopping at the store anyway unless I absolutely have to and I sure don't do it around or on black friday.  I think people are losing their minds.

I did my black friday shopping online, no crowds on fights and no stress, that is the only way to shop on black friday!!!!

I like Walmart - I never have problems in the store, only finding a parking spot. But the employees are always nice and helpful and I get what I need. But Black Friday is for crazy people. Cyber Monday is always there. I don't like any of the stores making employees come in on Thanksgiving or midnight just so some fool can get 50% off a computer or TV. Families should have time together. I don't hate my fellow man so I don't go out on Black Friday to push, shove, and argue, LOL

You didn't get threatened or yelled at, did you? Isn't that crazy??? Saving Money makes people do strange things. I haven't been shopping on black friday since I was a child. It was at JCpenny, and I was with my mom. When the doors opened, I got stepped on by a lady with a pair of 6 inch stilletos!!! My mom just kept dragging me behind her.
