My boss thinks she is always right, but the truth is that she doesn't know what the heck she is doing!!!

There are days when I feel like that but I found a great way to deal with my boss.  When he gets to be overbearing I let him talk (usually in his sarcastic tone and in company) while I keep doing what I was doing or find something to do quickly to avoid reacting to him.  When he has calmed down or gone back into his office and is alone I go in and try to tell him my side of the story.  It works 8 out of 10 times which I think is a good track record.

I can't always agree but a majority of the time.... If your your own boss and you own your own company then it wouldn't be a true statement lol or would it?
