How healthy are you? and what are you doing to stay healthy? I am 54 years old and very healthy do you want some tips?

I watch my caloric intake, eat a lot of whole grains, no white bread, sugar,whole milk, real butter.  Eat very little meat and hardly ever eat pork.  Try to get exercise daily and refuse to let anyone or anything stress me out.

Definitely eat healthy and workout to stay in shape.   :thumbsup:

I am close to your age and manage to maintain my health without being on any prescription drugs at all.  I would love to hear your tips on staying healthy.  Please post.
