EMAIL address wont confirm for payment

hey---went to cashout and it said to verify email address to get paid with paypal---go to it and click and it says that it has done been clicked today,i resend it like 3-4 times and wait and go to confirm and same thing---i know for sure this is good email address that i use for paypal as i use it all the time for other stuff-----let me know---wanted to get cashed out without the 20%---been waiting forever and now this----thanks

Have you submitted a support ticket? I would do that right away so they get back to you before the end of the month so you can cash out. You can cash out once you reach $25 and at least $15 is in offers, not bonuses.

Do you have a verified PAYPAL account?

Is it verified with the email address that is shown in your Account profile?  (click on Account in the upper left hand portion of the Account page to see your Account profile.)

There are a series of requirements listed toward the bottom of the Account profile page for using PAYPAL.  Read through them to see if anything might be missing.

Getting a verified PAYPAL account has to be down through PAYPAL.  When I verified my PAYPAL account, I provided them with my bank account information and PAYPAL sent me 2 deposits (modest cents) that I had to confirm that I received them by giving them the deposit amount information.  They let me keep the deposits.  Not difficult, but it did take a couple of days to receive the deposits and then get back to PAYPAL with the information.

Getting verified with PayPay is easy, usually it deals with linking it with your bank, but I know that some don't have a bank account of any kind, so there is another way and I think it involves sending them a copy of your id card.
