Good for you. I do not have that much discipline.
How is working? Have you lost any weight?

handllucas my diet is going great lost 53 lbs. I started out eating grilled chicken,steamed vegetables,yogurt,or turkey and fruits. no soda or red meats or sweet stuff.

Oh i feel much better got more energy and stuff and I can actually fit in my clothes I wore b4 I got pregnant
