It depends on the house, and how visible the cemetary is.  If it was a gorgeous house and a cemetary hidden behind trees, than of course!

Of course. Cemetaries are peaceful places. Most of those sleeping there led good lives, and there is no reason to fear them. I don't watch horror films, so I'm not affected by that nonsense.

I'd love to live in or near a cemetery.  We explore random cemeteries all the time as it is. 

I'd love to be the caretaker of a small, really old cemetery and live in the house on the grounds.

I'm way to scared I don't know if I can get those scary movies out of my head I don't really feel there's any amount of money to even pay me to spend one night alone in a house across from a cemetary. I just don't think I can handle it how about you?

Not sure.  Maybe not but  it depends .  Theres a cementary a few blocks from my house and sometimes I take my dog for a walk by there because its just there and there are houses right across from it.  Lots of them!

i've always been kinda weird about cemetaries...as in i've always really liked them. i don't live too far from a cemetary right now, and always have to look over at it when i'm driving by. pardon the pun, but i just find them extremely peaceful. plus the lawns in cemetaries are always really welcoming to me...watered and cut and just inviting. hope i'm not freaking anyone out, but i always thought it'd be nice to sit under a tree with a good book in a cemetary...but wouldn't out of respect.
