I'm only 5'3", my family in my moms side are all a little taller than me. My dad's side they vary some are shorter and other are as tall as me or a bit taller, but not by much.

Spine is bending (scoliosis)
DDD (Degeneriative Disk Disease)
And arthritis
along with.. A.S. in my lower spine.

so yeah... I am shrinking..
