everything is so expensive this time. Learn how to save money. Cut off unnecessary expenses like instead of going to the gym, paying monthly fees, just do walk outside/park/do bicycles or do the exercise/aerobics inside the house

Several of the community centers here offer free exercise classes and very reduced prices to use equipment. I go to a free Zumba class twice a week plus a free bootcamp once a week and only have to pay $1 per visit if I want to use the equipment if I can't make it during class time

we turned a den into a gym with free weights. tread mill, all kinds of stuff, it is full of iron lol, husband has always been into weight lifting and running, but had a heart attack at the age of 52 doesnt drink or smoke trys to eat right , has always exercised a lot. but still had one, just never know no matter what you do. he is okay now. and still exercises.
