Not credited for joining MySoapBox

You would think that as pervasive as this Soapbox issue was/is, admin would step in either by responding to the numerous support tickets or through the forum and provide some sort of explanation and resolution.

For some reason we haven't been able to figure out, the survey provider has not been crediting this offer reliably in real-time.  Those of you who were not credited when you should have been will unfortunately have to wait until the reconciliation of November statistics (which happens in the first 2 weeks of December) for credit to post.

Thank you Administrator for giving some type of response. I was really getting ticked off about this. I opened a support ticket about this and was not happy about not getting any response.

I also joined MySoapBox and didn't get credit. I guess it is to late now because I am already a member of the site now. That really stinks.

does it mean, i will get credit too? even tho I already get 1cent for DQ?

I had the same thing happen to me I joined soapbox got my confirmation email even completed my first survey and several since and I only got .01 credit it stated i didn't qualify for the survey.
