This may be attributable to different user interfaces/browsers; as some members are getting credit for this offer and some are not, (although no one has mentioned which browser they'd used, this sort of thing has occurred before).  I used IE8 to not get credited.

I haven't used Internet Explorer since the early 2000's I was an avid Firefox advocate...Then Chrome came along.

I installed the toolbar on my firefox browser. I use that browser for all my surveys and keep my Chrome all shiny and clean.

Would you buy tires that only work on a Pinto?
Same reason I don't do business with business with any company or organization that isn't built to handle the browsers that are at the forefront of the internet browsing experience.

(i do open email through Chrome and access surveys and email directly from my inbox...when I do videos and forum...I am coming in with a Firefox toolbar.)

Some of us have switched browsers back and forth after the fact, (because there's no way to know in advance which browser will work with which offer provider - FC has no direct control over that).  Sometimes Chromeworks where FireFox won't; sometimes IE works where neither FireFox nore Chrome will, etc..  If you got credited for the soapbox offer using Chrome, (or whichever browser), that's more helpful than a member simply stating "I got $1 for it."

Rereading my post, i guess i wasn't clear that i didn't get my credit while working through Firefox, with the toolbar installed.

I have a 9 post limit on my newbie account. I am going to have to refrain from further postings on this thread until a later date. I have another thread, that I actually opened, and am sure I will need to address comments there.

I hope that this situation gets resolved for all of us.

Additionally, my original reply to this post mentioned that I was happy that other people found problems with the crediting issue. That was a figurative statement. Like when a Tsunami hits. Its nice to know that you aren't the only person that is going through the problems...But, it sucks that everyone, who is, is.

I will update when I get a response on my support ticket.

I am another of the individuals that has not received credit for this panel. I have, however, gotten invites to their surveys and I am collecting points with them.

I tried to do my qualification through Chrome. However, I'm on Firefox right now and still see the survey as an open survey on my FC surveys tab.

I also used Firefox to get credited for Soapbox.  It's too bad a few people have to miss out on credit to find this out, but I'm sure that the sponsors don't give such info to FC up front.

I wasn't credited either. I even confirmed my membership through my email and still no luck. Don't seem fair. :dontknow:

I also did not get credit for joining SoapBox Panel. Seems like some members did and some did not get credit. I joined the SoapBox Panel, confirmed email and completed a survey on the SoapBox Panel site. Still no credit on my Fusion Cash account page.   :dontknow:

Since this one required registration and then confirmation of the Soapbox link in my email; I waited to close the offer until after clicking the confirmation in my email which then took me to login to my new soapbox account.

This method works for me most of the time.

This one never credited for me either.Not surprising,since all these "surveys" that consist of joining a site never credit. :angry7: :angry7:

I use the same method and did wait until the confirmation e-mail and another e-mail, (to fill out a site survey), were received and completed.  Still no credit; which may be a matter of which browser is missing which software link.  What browser did you use?

Here is what our support agent wrote:

After coordinating with the survey provider, we have determined that a number of completed sign-ups were not confirmed instantly as they should have been.

The good news is, you should get credited automatically once November surveys are reconciled. This typically happens between Dec 5th-15th. I'm sorry for the delay on this survey's credit but unfortunately the automatic crediting system was not functioning properly on SoapBox's side.

If you are not credited before December 20th, please open another support ticket and we will inquire further.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. If you have any further questions please let us know.

This is good news. I am glad that the gears are in movement.

I have had a lot of issues with surveys not creditting. This one, in particular was quite upsetting.
After having a total of 10 not credit out of about 30 completed surveys...I was ready to give up. Then I got an email for an FC survey that paid $2.90....Nailed it and credited within minutes (had to watch a potential new TV show, about 70 minutes total time)

I cashed out my total. Sent in my forum request and then sat back.
It was stupid not to do the paid to click and emails though. So I lowered my security on IE to the lowest settings, allow just about every kind of spam and delete my cookies frequently.
Immediately, I started lining up credits within minutes (instead of hours, if at all).
I cleared all the daily surveys 2 days in a row. (excepting FC surveys which i didn't have any of on the 1st day).
Today is pretty light so far. I will try again this afternoon. But, $7.99 on surveys in 2 days aint bad.
I am glad that it seems they are workoing this out.

I had the same problem as all of you. I have completed several surveys for them also. I sent FC a support ticket and no response there either.  :BangHead:
