Refferals bonus denied?

Hi,  I have a pending cash out and the amount keeps dropping due to denied refferal bonuses,  why is that? am I doing something wrong?

yes, that has indeed happened to me - had a friend that tried to sign up at my house and had no cell phone to have her account verified - then she tried to set up another account - and still did not succeed with verification - so those referral bonuses were revoked - they need to complete the verification process and their profile for you to secure your referral earnings... ususally not a problem - only had this happen with the one friend that I know - she still hasn's successfully completed her sign up here - but I know that if and when she does - I will get that referral bonus back right away!  Hopefully, just a glitch like that and you will get your referral bonus back too!

You should definitely get all the referrals you can - cuz the $$ is great!  and so is the future $$$ - this is rare that a referral would be revoked - I'm sure it's just a matter of the verification process or something like that - if the person wants to use the site and earn the $$ here - then they have to complete the process just like you and I - I only had this one glitch - I have other referrals that have added up very nicely so far - so don't lose heart because of one bad ref -

I just had offer completion bonuses from two referrals revoked and I didn't know why, but now I understand because they have not completed the account verification steps. So, now because of that, I won't be able to get the $1.00 bonus for posting my payment received on the 20th of this month....

hmmm something must be going on because one of mine was revoked for new refferal taking their first survey... the one for $2!! im not sure why either. i know she dd it because i went over and showed her how to do the surveys and set her up with some of the thngs  lke to do to earn money... hmm wonder if it was a glitch and will be re credited

How did you obtain the referrals? If they signed up on your same IP address they would not be valid or if you paid for the referral.

The bonuses that I had that were denied I found out was because one of my referrals signed up twice...grrrr! Make sure you tell your referrals only one account or they will be banned all together!!

I wonder if that's why one of my ref's was denied. I couldn't figure it out. Did you ask customer service or did you find out another way?

I would recommend opening a support ticket and ask why your referrals were denied. List each person that was denied, one by one, so that you will get an explanation for each. That way, you can learn what went wrong and see that it does not happen again.

Keep in mind that FC only allows one person per household to join. The person joining has to sign up from a home computer and always use that same computer plus there is a telephone verification. You can ask your referrals if they followed these directions.

This is very informational. I am glad I know this before I cashout, I hate that your lost money, but I have like 20 referrals and out of the 20 only about 5 actually completed the information.

I promise you the same thing. It's like they give up. With this the money adds up quickly. When I started on October 1st, 2012, by the 14th of October I had made $26 and some change. Ready to cashout! So I am excited!
