Where do you put your bacon / beef grease?

I put mine in an old coffee can

Save it in a jar after straining it a couple of times. Give it to my daughter as she is burning lamps from kitchen Oil. They are getting off the grid and doing pretty darn good.

I leave it to cool down and solidify, then I scrape it into an old plastic grocery shopping bag - tie a knot and deposit it in the outside rubbish bin.

Great idea using for lamp oil. I hadn't thought about that. I save it in a jar. I found out that it's the best thing to remove a splinter from your finger. Works like a charm every time, no pain, just rub gently til splinter comes out.

I keep a jar in the freezer or refrig, then when finished cooking after it cools I pour it in the jar, when the jar is full I toss it then start another jar.

put in a recipe the keep the rest cabbage potatoes bacon an a bit of bacon grease for flavor i know its not healthy but it sure is yummy

I don't reuse my bacon grease so into the trash it goes

I pour it over my dogs old boring hard dog food.  It is quite the special treat!

Old coffee can for sure and keep the lid so I can dispose of it once it is kind of full.  Can't think of anything else you could really do with it lol

I use a coffee can, too and I put scraps in them so I don't stink up my kitchen. I don't throw them away until garbage day because of the coons.
