Where do you put your bacon / beef grease?

I use and old coffee can for both once its filled I trash it, but sometimes I aadd it to my dogs food for a special treat for them.  then I throw away the rest and start with a new coffee can.

Been saving it in a jar in the fridge for frying eggs and extra flavor in anything. Sometimes ill use it on toast...my grandmother started that with us years ago.

We usually eat turkey bacon and low fat meat so not much grease to deal with.

I have a ceramic container that holds a can on top of my stove.
I usually use a dog food can. It fits perfectly.  When it gets filled
I toss it and put another can in.

i'd use a glass jar with lid.....then you can keep it in the fridge, and because the glass is clear, you can see if anything's gone bad.

We usually put it in a pasta sauce jar or empty can until it is full then throw it away. It does take a while because we don't eat much beef and bacon. It's not very healthy for you.

We save it in a jar in the frige and use in the flour to make great flour tortillas and also use it to fry eggs.  yummmmm

I like to use as much of mine in cooking as I can. I like the flavor it gives my food. I especially like it in my eggs, whether i am cooking an omelet or just scrambled eggs. Bacon grease is also a good way to grease your cast iron skillet after you have cleaned it. I really don't like to waste and bacon grease has too many purposes for use to just throw it away.

I drain mine into a coffee cup and after it cools I pour it into a ziplock bag and throw it in the trash.  I used to have a "grease pot" that I would keep several different drippings in but I got tired of that greasy mess and threw it all away.
